Introduction to cast steel ball valve
The opening and closing parts (ball) of cast steel ball valve are driven by the valve stem and rotate around the axis of the valve stem. It is mainly used to interrupt or cut off the medium in the pipeline, and can also be used for fluid regulation and control. Among them, the hard-sealed V ball valve has the strongest shear force between its V-shaped ball core and the metal valve seat with hard alloy surfacing, which is particularly suitable for media containing fibers, tiny solid particles, etc.
Ball Valve Specifications
1.Designed and manufactured in compliance with BSEN 593, MSS SP-67, and API 609 standards.
2.Compatible with ANSI 125/150, BS4504, and DIN flange connections.
3.Available in size range: NPS 2" to 52".
4.Pressure ratings include PN10/16 and ANSI 125/150/300/600/900.
5.Offered in materials such as Iron, Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, and Bronze. Seat options include both resilient and metal types, with various trim materials to meet different service requirements.
6.Fire-safe design available upon request, following API 608/API 6FD standards.
7.Optional design compliant with MSS SP 01-75 upon request.
8.Operation methods include lever, worm gear, electric, pneumatic, and hydra-pneumatic options.
