Advantages of stainless steel casting compared to other metals
Corrosion Resistance Performance; Taking 304 stainless steel as an example,Compared to cast iron, carbon steel, and aluminum alloy, it has the best corrosion resistance
High temperature performance:The maximum operating temperature of 310S can reach up to 1100 degrees. The boiler burner of the thermal power plant adopts precision cast 310S stainless steel nozzle, which has a service life of 80000 hours under continuous 900 ℃ conditions, more than 6 times that of cast iron parts.
Mechanical property: Through investment casting and solid solution aging treatment, martensitic stainless steel (such as CA-15) can achieve a hardness of HRC 40-50, with both wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant properties.

Antibacterial properties: 316Cu stainless steel cast medical equipment containing 3-5% copper, with a killing rate of over 99% against Escherichia coli and electromagnetic shielding.
The shielding effectiveness of 430 ferritic stainless steel castings reaches 60dB at a frequency of 1GHz, which is superior to the radiation protection of aluminum alloys.
Boron containing stainless steel (such as 304B) has a neutron absorption cross-section 20 times higher than carbon steel and is used in nuclear facilities.
