Power Distribution Cabinet Nine Bending Distibution Cabinet
The general form of the cabinet is cuboid, with 12 edges to support the cabinet. Bend the steel nine times on the bending machine. Form the profile in the diagram. It is called a nine bending section. The nine curved sections are made of 12 prismatic cabinets, which are called nine bending cabinets.

Process characteristics and properties:
1) the cabinet body skeleton adopts ten percent off type section, the circular hole or square hole of each interval 25mm of the beforehand perforated bar makes the internal installation more convenient, the special quality three passes welded into the whole, the structure is firm and reliable, the shape is beautiful.
2) the installation board can be 25mm for the unit distance, move back and forth, adjust the depth.
3) the top cover, side plate, back plate and base floor are all fixed by screws, which is easy to assemble and disassemble, and the installation work inside the cabinet is more convenient and fast.
4) the door hinge is concealed and can be opened to 130 degrees, so it is easy to install and replace.
5) the three cover plates of the floor entry holes can be replaced with each other, freely moving to facilitate the import of cables and opening of holes.
6) the installation plate is made of 2.5mm thickness cold plate, galvanized or spray painted.
7) the door plate is made of polyurethane foam sealant strips for cold rolled plates, and the required protection level can be obtained. The front and rear doors can be made single or double.
8) surface treatment: degreasing, phosphating, pickling, outdoor waterproof plastic powder.
9) color: RAL7032 or RAL7035 and optional color.
