The laser welding machine for mould working principle is based on themal energy and focus on spot welding technology. It can effectively deal with all small partts welding and repairing work,which perfect the traditional welding technology in this field . And this technology avoids the thermal strain and post-processing the two threshold, shorten the mould production cycle.

The laser repairing mold has the following advantages compared with other welding methods such as
argon arc welding :

·Use 1064nm wavelength laser, harmless to human body;
·Small heating range, no deformation, won't appear the blow hole; processable material such as, die
steel, stainless steel, beryllium copper and heavy meta,etc.
·Can repair cracks, collapse angle, die side, and the wear of the sealing edge;
·After welding, it can be processed into light surface;
·Can be welded in the extremely hard materials (~HRC 60).
