Parallel Constant Power Electric Heat Tracing for Coal Mine Pipeline is needed to be used on coal mine pipeline heat trace in order to ensure the safe production in winter be carried out smoothly. Winter weather is cold, the temperature is getting lower and lower, mine pipeline is freezing due to low temperature, which brings invisible safety risks to the mine production.
Parallel Constant Power Electric Heat Tracing for Coal Mine Pipeline
For mine pipeline environment and temperature requirements, finally a 3-core parallel constant power electric heat tracing band is selected for use. 3-core type parallel constant power is with three wire cores, leading to a flat electric tracing band, reduced surface heat load, increased heat transfer area, improved heat transfer efficiency of electric tracing band and highest temperature maintained. 3 core band is more economical, more reasonable, more advantageous than 2 core.
Insulation and sheath material for constant power electric tracing band is F46 fluorine plastic, PFA fluorine plastic, which possesses advantages of corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, suitable for the use of mining situation. The calorific value of output is constant, while the output power of electric tracing band does not vary at the change of environment, the thermal insulation material, heating material. Its use length is proportional to the power, when the temperature controller should be assorted to control the temperature.
Constant power electric tracing belt has been widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industries of long pipeline storage tanks, reaction tower temperature maintenance, heat tracing, antifreeze insulation. It can be used for explosion-proof occasions I, II level 2 zone without impact of external force.
