The series product is non-standard crusher developed for oil shale, featured by large processing capacity, compact structure, light weight, little loss, strong material adaptability, and is the first choice for crushing granular materials. The service life of gear roller is 3-5 years, 5-10 times of common gear roller.Double roll crusher (sieving crusher) as the independent development of products, with independent intellectual property rights, as the host of the crushing station, accounts for 100% of the domestic open coal crushing plant market in China.
PG double toothed roll crusher is mainly used in coal crushing large pieces of raw coal, also can be used in other industries, such as metallurgy, building materials, electricity) broken is less than 200 mpa compressive strength of brittle materials. Tooth plate of main characteristic this machine is made of wear resistant high strength alloy material, and greatly increase the service life of crusher. Native quenching of main shaft adopts advanced technology, improve the degree of main shaft strength, stiffness and wear resistance.
Roller Crusher
The roller crusher has widely application in the industries of mining, building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy, etc. The roller crusher can do secondary and fine crushing of materials with middle hardness or middle hardness, such as mineral, rocks, coke, coal, slag, scoria, and fire-proof material, etc.
The values in this table represent a typical sizer and are dependent on the tonnage rate and tooth configuration required.
Product advantage:
1. Gear roller shaft, gear crown and grid plate adopt inner passage water-cooling system with outstanding cooling effect (the gear crown temperature is 60°C after being off for 10 min ) to increase the life time of the gear roller and the grid plate.
2. The retarder adopts fully sealed gearbox structure with low operation noise and no oil leakage.
3. Fully sealed rolling bearing to provide easy maintenance and lower maintenance cost.
4. The screw tooth roller to increase the breaker life time for 1-2 times.
5. The tooth plate is fixed on the hub for easy replacement and save the time and energy.
6. The tooth plate is made of alloy steel and the wearing-resistant layer is formed on the surface to guarantee 40000 h life time.
7. Safe sleeve shaft is provided at the tooth roller drive end. The breaker can stop in case of abnormality, such as overload to protect the equipment.
Applicable scope
1. Coarse breaking for the metallurgy sinter mine in the working temperature of lower than 900°C in the steel manufacturer.
2. Coarse breaking and intermediate breaking of hard brittle materials with breaking pressure lower than 20kN/cm2 in the concentration plant, stone plant and power generation plant.
Principle structure of toothed single roll crusher
Toothed single roll crusher is consisted of rotary roller with large tooth and adjustable crushing plate. The material is smashed, pressed or rumpled in the single-tooth roll breaker. When the materials enter into the breaking cavity from top of the hopper, the material is brought into the breaking cavity between the tooth roller and crushing plate by the rotary roller for breaking. The crushed materials will be discharged by the self-gravity from the discharging port. The clearance between the crushing plate and the tooth roller can be adjusted to control the particle size of the crushed materials.
