The main machine is JS2000 compulsory double horizontal shaft concrete mixer, the nominal capacity of the mixer is 2000L, and the battering machine is PLD3200.The whole equipment includes double horizontal shaft mixer, batching machine, cement warehouse and screw conveyor, conveyor belt, microcomputer control room.Can produce plastic, dry hard concrete and other kinds of concrete, high production efficiency, short mixing time, and beautiful appearance, widely used in large and medium-sized construction, roads and Bridges and production of concrete products in the prefabricated factory, is the production of commercial concrete equipment.
HZS120 commercial concrete mixing station system description
1, star gear reducer, small size, high efficiency, reliable.
2. The lining plate and blade are made of high chromium wear-resistant cast iron, with reasonable Angle design, good mixing effect and fast speed.
3, the four shaft end is equipped with automatic sealing oiling system.
4. Discharge door is controlled by hydraulic oil pump, with three stopping points and manual opening.
