1. Description of fine sand recovery device of ore dressing equipment:

It is composed of speed regulating motor, ballast slurry pump, cyclone, ZKR linear vibrating screen, washing tank and material return box.
4. Working process of fine sand recovery device of ore dressing equipment:
The pump will transport the sand and water mixture to the cyclone, centrifugal classification and concentration of fine sand is provided to the vibrating screen through the sand mouth, the vibrating screen dehydration, fine particles and water effectively separated, a small amount of fine sand, mud and so on through the feed box and then to the wash tank, wash tank liquid level is too high, through the discharge port discharge. 5. Features of the company's fine sand recovery device of ore dressing equipment:

(3) The cyclone is lined with polyurethane, which improves the service life of the whole device, and can successfully complete the work of slurry concentration and liquid clarification.

(5) Fine particles are fully recovered, which reduces the workload of the sedimentation tank and the cleaning cost of the sedimentation tank;
