1. Characteristics of single rope winding mine hoist in Luo Mine:
(1) the use of integral, two flap type, four flap type of various forms of drum
(2) Drum rope groove adopts processing spiral rope groove, folding rope groove or wood lining and plastic lining pressed spiral rope groove, steel rope transition device is set between layers
(3) Adopt cylinder rear disc brake, electro-hydraulic joint control; Hydraulic station can be divided into two types: middle and low pressure and middle and high pressure. There are two kinds of constant braking force electric delay and hydraulic delay two-stage braking in middle and low pressure hydraulic station; Medium and high pressure hydraulic station has two types of constant deceleration and constant braking distance two-stage braking. Hydraulic station can be equipped with pressure sensor, pressure relay.
(4) The spindle and drum are connected by plane friction with large torque.
(5) The signal monitoring device composed of photoelectric encoder, self-tuning Angle machine and low-speed DC tachometer generator has overspeed, overwinding and failure of depth indication. Brake shoe wear, spring fatigue and other perfect detection and protection function
(6) control board with the machine type and split type two kinds of forms, all adopt the integrated light, reliable electric instrument and the new type of integrated operation handle, and the digital depth indicator and digital and screw type depth indicates the depth indicator system as a whole, both have industrial TV or computer, printer and other professional mesa
(7) The pulley device adopts integral or two-flap welding structure, supported by rolling bearings and equipped with polyvinyl chloride or nylon friction liner on the rim
