1. Introduction of cooling machine Metallurgy Machine
Types of industrial coolers: single cylinder coolers, double cylinder coolers, grate coolers, clinker coolers, etc.
(1) Single cylinder cooler: Single cylinder cooler is suitable for cooling the clinker from the rotary kiln. At the same time, it can absorb a large amount of heat air carried by high temperature materials to preheat the combustion air into the kiln to high temperature, so as to strengthen the calcination and reduce the heat consumption. It is an important supporting equipment of the rotary kiln.
(2) Clinker cooler is an important supporting equipment of cement rotary kiln. Without the corresponding high efficiency cooling machine, it is impossible to have high efficiency rotary kiln.
(3) Grate cooler is a cooling equipment which gathers and cools the moving clinker on the grate in a perpendicular direction with a certain pressure air.
(4) Lime cooler: vertical cooler is one of the main hosts of active lime. Generated after calcining rotary kiln of active lime in order into with refractory vertical cooling machine, the cross section of the cooler for the square, in which uniform distribution center as cold cap and cold chamber cap, cap has a pipe connected to external fan, at the bottom of the cooler is equipped with the discharging mouth, each a motor vibration under the discharging mouth discharger. The material is accumulated in the cooler and covered on the hood, and forms a certain thickness of the material layer. The cooling air is blown into the hood by the external fan and enters the hood through the air chamber. After escaping from the hood and high temperature material contact, complete heat exchange, after being cooled by air, under the action of the motor vibration discharge device gradually eliminate cooler, the air heated by the material, directly from the kiln hood into the rotary kiln, as a secondary air to participate in combustion.
