1. The new TS series disc brake device in mining machine spare parts has the following technical characteristics:

3. Notes for use and maintenance of disc brake of hoist in mining machine spare parts, common faults and handling methods
(1) The brake shoe shall not stick to oil, and the brake disc shall not have oil in use, so as not to reduce the friction coefficient of the brake shoe and affect the braking force;
(2) Check the brake shoe clearance frequently in normal use. If the brake shoe clearance exceeds 2mm, adjust it in time to avoid affecting the braking force;
(3) in the use of heavy weight in the mine, can not rely on mechanical braking, which will make the brake disc heating, once there is an emergency will affect the braking torque, resulting in a major accident, so should use dynamic braking.
(4) When replacing the brake shoe, pay attention to pressing the brake shoe tightly. If the size does not meet the requirements, it should be repaired.
(5) In the normal operation of the hoist, if the brake hydraulic cylinder is found to leak oil, the sealing ring should be replaced in time;
(6) When repairing the brake disc, the container should be separated on the bottom of the well or the tank at the wellhead (empty container), or the two containers should be lifted to the middle balance state for maintenance, and one or two brakes should be in the braking state during maintenance.
(7) The roughness of the brake disc is not enough and the deflection of the end face of the brake disc will accelerate the wear of the brake shoe, so it is recommended to load the brake disc;
(8) Single rope hoist due to the wear of the main bearing bearing bush caused by the large axial channelism of the brake disc, will accelerate the wear of the brake shoe, it is recommended to repair the main bearing bearing bush;
(9) When the lifting machine is found to loosen the brake slowly in normal operation, the relief valve should be used to deflate;
(10) every year or after the 5*10 power of the 5 brake action, should check the butterfly spring group;
Inspection Method: First, the brake is in full braking state, and pressure oil is gradually poured into the hydraulic tank, so that the pressure in the hydraulic cylinder of the brake is slowly increased. Each brake is released one by one under different pressures, and the release pressure of different brake shoes is recorded. The difference between the highest oil pressure and the lowest oil pressure should not exceed 10% of the maximum working pressure. Otherwise, the butterfly spring in the brake with the lowest oil pressure should be replaced;
(11) brake shoe and lining board link method improvement: in the past the factory of brake shoe and lining board connection with six copper screws, which not only reduce the contact area to reduce the service life of the brake shoe brake shoe, and copper screw loose in use is easy cause scratches phenomenon of brake disc, the scene to see suggest inserting type, the plane into the seam allowance of the brake shoe insert inside lining board,
(12) Common faults and handling methods
1) The brake does not open: the reason is that the hydraulic station has no oil pressure or insufficient oil pressure, the hydraulic station should be checked;
2) The brake can not brake: the reason may be the damage of the hydraulic station or the brake, which is stuck. The hydraulic station and the brake should be checked for repair
3) Long braking time, long sliding distance and small braking force may be caused by:
A. Overloading and overspeed use
B. The brake shoe clearance is too large
C. Oil on brakes and brake shoes
D. butterfly spring is faulty, find out the cause and take treatment measures
4) Uneven wear of brake shoe and fast wear: the reason is that the brake is not properly installed, the brake disc is too large, or the main shaft is too large. Find out the reasons and deal with them respectively
5) Loose brake and slow braking, the reasons are as follows:
A. Air in hydraulic system
B. The brake shoe clearance is too large
C. Seal ring damage, find out the cause and repair
