Multi-Rope Friction Hoist Conveying Hoisting Machine Network Control
1. Technical characteristics of mine hoist
(1) Various types of reels are used: integral, two-lobed and four-lobed;
(2) The rope groove of the drum adopts the processing spiral rope groove, the broken line rope groove or the spiral rope groove pressed by wood lining and plastic lining, and the steel rope transition device is set between the ropes;
(3) The cylinder rear disc brake is adopted, and the electric-hydraulic joint control is adopted; the hydraulic station is divided into two types: medium and low pressure and medium and high pressure. The medium and low pressure hydraulic station has two types of constant braking force electrical delay and hydraulic delay two-stage braking; the medium and high pressure hydraulic station has two forms of constant deceleration and constant braking torque two-stage braking. The hydraulic station can be equipped with pressure sensors and pressure relays;
(4) The main shaft and the reel are connected by plane large torque friction;
(5) The signal monitoring device composed of photoelectric encoder, self-adjusting angle machine and low-speed Chilean tachogenerator has perfect monitoring and protection functions such as overspeed, overwinding, depth indication failure, brake shoe wear, and spring fatigue;
(6) The console has two forms: integral type and split type, all of which use integrated signal lights, reliable electrical instruments and new integral operating handles, and have digital depth indicators and digital and screw-type depth indicators as The integrated depth indication system is equipped with special countertops such as industrial TVs or computers and printers;
(7) The sky wheel device adopts an integral or two-lobed welded structure, and is supported by rolling bearings and a friction pad of polyvinyl chloride or nylon is installed on the wheel rim;
(8) It can be equipped with mine hoist network control and diagnosis system.

3. Advantages of multi-rope friction mine hoist
(1) The load is borne by several wire ropes, the diameter of the wire rope is small, and the size of the equipment is small. That is, under the same diameter specification, the lifting capacity is large;
(2) The wire rope is placed on the reel, which is not affected by the capacity of the rope, and is suitable for deep wells;
(3) Small inertia, low energy consumption under the same output;
(4) When the tank is stuck or over-rolled, it can slip to avoid breaking the wire rope;
(5) The possibility of the wire rope breaking at the same time is small, and the fall arrester may not be provided;
(6) The same number of left-twist and right-twist wire ropes can be used to offset the tendency of loose twist and avoid the pressure of the container ear on the tank.
