1. Product description of waste heat power generation project for power generation equipment
At present, in China's iron and steel, non-ferrous, coking, building materials, petrochemical industry, chemical industry, papermaking, underutilized by-product heat pressure, enterprise production process of coke oven gas and blast furnace gas, converter gas and combustible gas, particularly much of blast furnace gas emissions into the air, not only caused serious waste of resources, and serious environmental pollution. Taking complete sets of waste heat power generation equipment of cement kiln as an example, according to the statistics of digital cement network, there are about 150 new dry clinker pr oduction lines newly put into production in China in 2010. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, there are still about 400 million tons of clinker production capacity to be eliminated, and nearly 300 new dry production lines need to be built to achieve the same amount of elimination. Then dynamically considering the demand of cement market, during the "12th Five-Year Plan" period, the clinker will grow at an annual rate of 2%, with a total of 100 million tons of new production capacity, and about 70 new dry clinker production lines need to be built.
