Description
Mechanical skid mounted drilling rig is suitable for domestic, overseas various oil, gas well drilling and exploration under 5000m. Oil well drill rig types and basic parameters accord with industrial standards, main parts accord with API specifications.
Structure Principles and Features
1. Drilling rig is powered by diesel generators, which uses integral chain box.
2. Rotary table is driven by AC VFD motor with high performance, and the control mode is reliable, which can adequately meet the requirement of drilling.
3. Mechanical skid mounted drilling rig uses internal variable speed sealing drawworks with 4 gears stepless speed regulating,
4. Integral rotary table driven box drives rotary table through universal shaft. Its rig floor is neat and wide.
5. Oil well drill rig substructure uses front platform and rear platform (two parallelogram substructure), which can realize low position installation. Rig floor height is 9m. Derrick adopts front opening.
