Brief Description of Screw Sand Washing Machine
Spiral sand washing machine is divided into double spiral sand washing machine and single spiral sand washing machine. It is suitable for metallurgy, building materials, water and electricity industries such as washing, grading, cleaning operations, washing operation for fine-grained and coarse-grained materials. Also sand washing machine is used in construction sand, mountain sand and stone quarry and the road with sand stone.
Advantages of Screw Sand Washing Machine
1. Simple structure, reliable running and easy operation.
2. It mechanically classifies through the mechanism of different sedimentation speed of solid particle in liquid due to different size and different specific gravity.
3. It can classify the ground material powder from the grinder, spiral the coarse grain into material inlet of grinder through the spiral chip, and discharge the classified fine grain from overflow surface.
4. Its base is made from channel steel, and its body is welded from steel plate.
5. The lower support of spiral bearing is of engine-bearing structure of good wear resistance and durability
6. The lifting device is of electric and manual mode. The various parts of the service life, low failure rate, maintenance times and low cost.
Working Principle of Screw Sand Washing Machine
Different solid granularities have different gravity and thus have different dropping speed. The fine ore granularities floating in the water will overflow and the big ones will sink to the bottom and discharge from the upper part by spiral pushing. It can filter the granularities from the machine and then spin the rough particles to charging part by spiral vane and discharge the fine granularities from the overflow pipe.
The base of the machine adopts channel steel material and the body adopts welded steel plate. The water inlet of spiral axle and axle head adopt iron cover for wear proofing and long life operation. The lifting equipment has two types, manual control and electric control.
