2YK1548 Vibrating Screen Sieving Machine in Stone Crushing Plant
Applications of Vibrating Screen:
Vibrating screen can be used for screening course-grained raw materials after course crushing, also can be used as material diversion screening and final product separation screening, suitable for screening for super heavy-duty, heavy, medium and fine screening and other conditions. It can be matched with sprinkler system. There are one layer, double layer, three layer and four layer screen for choice, with several kinds of mesh, steel wire braided, polyurethane, steel punched, which is universally used, can be widely used for screening of all lines of industries.
Advantages of Vibrating Screen:
1. Advanced exciter assembly: the exciter increases the screening efficiency by 20%-30% than ordinary ones appraised by the customers. With designing concept of non-eccentric shaft, it has greatly reduced the bearing load, enhanced the stability of the equipment.
2. Advanced and stable oil lubrication system: ensure vibrating screen double service life than those with grease lubrication system, because oil lubrication system has better cooling, simple cleaning, low resistance of oil film, low cost, etc.
3. Advanced structural technique designing and riveting process: effectively prevent vibrating screen frame from loosening and deforming due to long-term operation, resulting the complete unit spoiled. Alloy steel bearing: adopt special alloy steel, wear resistant, hard to deform. One of the important reasons to make bearings wear badly and change frequently is that there is wear in bearing seat, which has eaten into inner diameter.
4. Bearing seat adopts special alloy steel that is wear resisting, not easy to deform, since poor bearing seat or frequent replacement of bearing results from excessive wearing of bearing seat and being eaten into inner diameter.
