Wall & Roof: Use MABIS unique patented panel - aluminum alloy with 100mm thickness high density polyurethane composite board.The PU foaming wallboard used weldless grooving connection that is for wallboard broken bridge can be heat preservation and sound insulation.The PU foaming wallboard and pillar surface use fluorocarbon wood color painted aluminum alloy. The pillar structural design that for fixed multi-functional wallboard module and others decorative structure, keep same color and design of external & internal. Our wallboard module and pillar structural design can assembling & disassembling repeatedly. The aluminum alloy structure design that consider they are performance of heat conduction so the aluminum alloy with steel structure design used sealing rubber strip that can be completely cut off heat conduction and heat preservation availably.

Our house used model Q550 light steel construction, that is easy to installation but very strong, the life would be 50 years. The house whole steel structure are use thinwalled cold-formed light steel, in the same section, the thin-walled section had a larger turning radius and inertia moment. Cause cold-formed good for structure tension performance and strong structure. Steel structure with multi-azimuth bending will enlarged section intertia and strong structure. And cause light steel lightweight so save transportation and installation cost too.
MABIS exclusive patent wallboard: the wallboard complete to thermal insulation and sound insulation advantage, then very easy to installation. Wallboard interior and exterior can custom color, there are standard white color and wooden color. The hard PU layer are fireproof, fire resistance and high temperature resistance. The material additional fire retardant, so the material characteristic are difficult autoignition and self-extinguishing, furthermore haven't harmful gases when they are in high temperature. Under normal situation of maintenance and use that the PU layeraverage lifetime will be over 30 years. Anti-humid, anti-corrosion,insect prevention, fungal algae growth prevention and so on.
