What is Molybdenum Lanthanum Alloy ?
Molybdenum-lanthanum alloy plate is an alloy composed of the base metal molybdenum and the lanthanum trioxide that exists in the matrix as dispersed particles. The La2O3 content in the alloy is generally 0.5% to 5.0% (mass fraction).

4. Process method of La2O3 Molybdenum Lanthanum Alloy Plate:
After the molybdenum-lanthanum alloy billet is opened at 1500 ℃, it is warmly rolled and cold rolled to a plate with a thickness of 2.4 mm. The pass processing rate is 25%~35%, and the total processing rate is 80%. The rolled molybdenum lanthanum alloy plates were annealed in a hydrogen furnace at 1100, 1250, 1400, 1550 and 1950°C, respectively.
5. Advantage of La2O3 Molybdenum Lanthanum Alloy Plate:
Mo-La material dispersions reinforced with lanthanum oxide have excellent creep resistance. The service life of its screen and radiator is more than double that of pure molybdenum components. The material retains its fibrous structure during long-term operation at high temperatures. Furthermore, the heat sink and screen assemblies made from 0.4–0.5 mm maintained plasticity in the recrystallized state at room temperature.
