Especially in the field of electrodes, such as EDM electric discharge machining clicks, resistance welding electrodes, high voltage discharge tube electrodes, etc. have played an important role.
EDM electrodes
Tungsten copper EDM electrode rod has good electrical and thermal conductivity, arc ablation resistance and high material erosion rate, especially for tungsten steel, high temperature resistant super hard alloy molds have significant advantages.
Resistance welding electrodes
The tungsten copper resistance welding electrode rod has good electrical and thermal conductivity. It uses the resistance heating effect generated by the current flowing through the contact surface of the workpiece and the adjacent area to heat it to a molten or plastic state to form a metal bond. Its main function is to press the welding part with high pressure, provide a large amount of welding current at the welding part and promote the cooling of the welding part.
Discharge tube electrode
The discharge tube is a component used for high voltage protection at the input end. When the voltage at both ends is higher than the protection specification value, there will be a short circuit inside, and the input overvoltage will be absorbed. The electrode rod of tungsten copper discharge tube is made of fine high-purity tungsten powder and high-purity tungsten-copper powder.
5. Precautions Of WCu Tungsten Copper Alloy Rod Bar:
Attention should be paid to the appearance of W60 tungsten copper round rods: the appearance of products processed by tungsten copper milling machine, lathe processing and grinding machine is different, which is a normal phenomenon. The tungsten copper bar is steel (black) color after fine grinding by a coreless grinder, and copper (red) color after semi-fine (rough) grinding. This kind of appearance is a normal phenomenon. Usually, small tungsten steel round bars are processed by a coreless grinder, and large bars are processed by a lathe. Plates are processed by milling or grinding machines.
