Product Description:
1. Extruder: 1 set
(1) Screw diameter: 80mm, Rotation speed of screw: 0～72 rpm. Screw: Zhejiang Zhoushan.
(2) L:D: 30:1, Material of screw: 38CrMoALA ,
2.The screw is suitable for PA chips.
(3) Pressure feedback system which can adjust the screw speed automatically.
(4) Material of barrel heater: Far infarad
(5) Metering pump 50cc, rotation speed: 0-45 rotation.
(6) Oil heating round spinneret: 1 set.
(7) Feeding zone should be with sight window and magnetic.

3. Quenching tank: 1 set
(1) The tank is made by SS 304.
(2) Equip one suction device under the yarn support plate.
4. First seven roller stretching unit
(1) Seven variable diameter rollers which made by stainless steel 304.
(2) Steel box with accurately grind gear makes the rollers run smoothly.
(3) Built-out oil lubrication system which makes the gears runs steady. Bearings: TIMKEN-TWB.
