Resistance furnace also named electric furnace which is period operation;
die-casting machines are applicable to manufacture of automobile and motorcycle parts (engine cylinder block, cylinder head, crankcase, hinged door covers, oil pan, gearbox housing, gearbox end cap, dashboard, etc.), electric escalator handrail/steps, industrial/road/railway/air/agricultural machinery, streetlights shells,potlight shells, building material parts, furniture, aluminum arts, copper arts, magnesium alloy products, non-ferrous metal processed products and other die casting products.
The maximum working temperature of the furnace body is 1100 degrees centigrade, which is mainly used for the casting runner melting, aluminum alloy and heat preservation of the die casting machine.
With the use of the electric furnace and electric control cabinet, automatic or manual control of the furnace temperature.

The heating element is arranged around the furnace body with 0Cr27Al7Mo2 alloy strip.
An aluminum drain is provided at the side of the furnace to prevent the rupture of the crucible.
The electric stove and the temperature control cabinet can be used automatically or manually to control the working temperature of the electric stove.
