Description:
This is single cavity 10L HDPE jerrycan mould made by steel P20, surface in sandblast. The mould design in full circle round cooling line around the bottle shape aim to touch good cooling during producing.
The mould structure design is common and the neck need to second processing cutting by machine to get final complete product.
Normally after sale is one year after mould delivery, JINQIU provide technical support all time.Except for the mold damage caused by human reasons, if the parts are damaged, they can be replaced free of charge
Processing:
Make contract→customer finish down payment→customer provide sample or drawing→JINQIU design details product and mould drawing
→customer approve drawing→JINQIU start make mould→JINIQU test mould and provide samples to customer for check→customer approve
samples or need to adjust→after samples confirmed JINQIU inspection and package mould→customer finish balance→JINIQU prepare for shipment
