Electrostatic powder spraying: the use of environmentally friendly phosphor-free organic film conversion layer, coating uniform appearance, degree of crystalline density, adhesion, mechanical strength, wear resistance and rust resistance performance is better.
Cabinet process
1. Select high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with thickness of 1.0mm.
2, the plate after oil removal, rust removal, pickling phosphating treatment, the cabinet USES outdoor powder electrostatic spraying, the surface is not easy to rot and turbid, long-term resistance to new.
3. Adopt seamless welding process, and thicken key parts to effectively improve the strength of the cabinet.
