Product Description
Anti-skid pad for drilling rig turntable platform is a non-slip pad made of polyurethane material for drilling rig turntable and platform used in oil field,
mining and engineering construction. This new type of anti-skid pad has a more significant anti-skid protection effect than the existing checkered
steel plate, wood board or checkered rubber sheet for the anti-skid surface of the drilling rig turntable.
Usually drilling platforms and turntables are skid-proof with protruding particles on the surface of steel plates or rubber plates. The protruding
particles have a low height. When there is oil or water pollution on the surface, the oil and water pollution cannot be discharged from the surface
in time, and the anti-skid effect is poor and not safe enough.
The anti-skid pad system for drilling rig turntable platform adopts polyurethane plate as the main plate. Polyurethane rubber is the most wear-
resistant rubber among rubbers. It has the characteristics of high strength, good elasticity, oil and solvent resistance, good low temperature
performance and good aging resistance. The surface has a plurality of vertical and horizontal drainage grooves, and in the square area enclosed
by the drainage grooves on the upper surface of the main body pad, there are a combination of protruding rubber particles and metal nails
embedded in the protruding surface of the main body part. The protruding rubber particles and metal rivets are regularly staggered, and the height
of the protruding rubber particles and the height of the metal rivets protruding from the upper surface of the pad can not only effectively prevent
slipping, but also make the operator stand on the pad without discomfort.
Since the surface of the anti-skid pad has vertical and horizontal drainage grooves, oil or water can flow into the grooves and be discharged in
time, reducing the influence of oil or water on the anti-skid effect. The metal rivets protruding from a certain height and the polyurethane rubber
protruding rubber particles with better wear resistance make the utility model have excellent anti-skid performance and long service life, and the
elastic rubber plate or resin plate anti-skid pad can also be used. It can effectively reduce the damage to the rotary table and the drilling tool
during the operation of the drilling rig. Therefore, this polyurethane anti-skid pad is a kind of anti-skid pad that has excellent anti-skid performance
in the case of oil or water pollution, and can drain oil and water pollution for drilling rig turntables and platforms in oil field, mining and engineering
construction.
The anti-skid pad of the drilling rig platform is a polyurethane anti-skid pad spread around the turntable of the drilling rig platform and the middle
aisle of the two drill pipe boxes.
