The application of reliability design technology ensures that the mean time between failure (MTBF) of the whole machine is greatly improved;
• The metric bearing is lubricated with thin oil, and the lubrication and cooling system is reasonably set to ensure that the bearing runs at the best temperature;
• Wide flow channel, good anti-blocking performance;
The pump mainly uses direct transmission mode, with high transmission efficiency. According to the needs of users can also use the belt transmission mode;
• Pump inlet and outlet flanges are produced according to the current national standard, which is convenient for pipeline installation;
• Adopt impeller packing combination seal or mechanical seal to ensure no leakage of slag slurry;
• Adopt the latest modern design theory and optimization design method (integrated application of CAD, CFD, CAPP and other technologies) to ensure excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency and low wear;
• Structural design, compared with the ordinary slurry pump, the inlet diameter of the pump is larger, the number of impeller blades is reduced, and the inducer is added to ensure that the pump has excellent cavitation performance and the ability to transport high viscosity and high concentration slurry.
