Product Introduction
Compared with the current national standard GB/T6451-2015 "Three-phase oil-immersed power transformer technical parameters and requirements", this series of products with a capacity of 30-2500kVA have an average no-load loss of 30%. Low no-load current. Due to the selection of excellent materials, only about 7 silicon steel strips are continuously wound. There are no joints inside the coil core and the winding is very tight, which significantly reduces the no-load current. Compared with the current national standard GB/T6451-2015, the no-load current of this series of products has dropped by about 75% on average. Low operating noise Compared with the JB/T10088-2004 "6kv-500kv power transformer sound level" standard, the noise of this series of products is reduced by about 10dB. Strong short-circuit resistance The transformer body has a solid triangular prism shape, with pull screws set around and in the center, which is integrated with the upper and lower iron yoke insulation and laminated wooden blocks, which can effectively resist the axial and radial mechanical stress in the event of a sudden short circuit.
