2. Work flow of micro-thermal regeneration adsorption dryer
The micro-thermal regeneration adsorption dryer combines the advantages of pressure swing adsorption and temperature swing adsorption, that is, the moisture adsorbed by the adsorbent during the adsorption process relies on the thermal diffusion and low pressure of the regeneration gas (heated and dry air) during the regeneration process. It can be completely eliminated through the combined action of mechanisms.
Adsorption
The wet air enters the A drying cylinder from the lower pipe diameter through the A1 valve.
It flows through the adsorbent layer from bottom to top, and the dried air is discharged from the upper pipe system.

A small amount of dry air (about 7%) passes through the upper duct system to regenerate the air
After the regulating valve is decompressed, it enters the heater for heating. This part of the hot air (called regeneration air) enters the B drying cylinder. The adsorbent in the B cylinder is analyzed and regenerated to restore the drying ability of the adsorbent. The regeneration gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the B2 valve and silencer of the lower piping system.

The B1 valve of the lower pipe system is open, the A1 valve is closed, and the A2 valve is open.
The two drying cylinders A and B are switched, cylinder B enters adsorption, and cylinder A is depressurized and regenerated. The working sequence, working time and heating temperature are automatically controlled by the controller.
