Work Principle:

Principle of Membrane separation nitrogen generator Membrane separation nitrogen genera­tor takes the property of permeability and diffusiv­ity of the air to separate the N2 from the air when the air goes through the membrane. Under the different pressure in the two sides of membrane, each element of air has different permeating rate, oxygen, CO2 and water steam have fast permeating rate, so these air will be drained out through the
low pressure point, but the N2 is slow permeating, finally it will be collected inside of high pressure point and will be drained out , and finally achieve the separation of 02 and N2

Main Feature:

Using air as the raw material and under certain pressure conditions, different gases with different properties such as o)0fgen and nitrogen have differ­ent permeation rates in the membrane to separate o)0fgen and nitrogen. Compared with other nitrogen production equipment, it has advantages such as simpler structure, smaller volume, no switching valves, less maintenance, faster gas production for 3 minutes, and convenient capacity increase. It is particularly suitable for small and medium-sized nitrogen users with a nitrogen purity of 99.5%, and has the best function price ratio. When the nitrogen purity is above 99.5%, it is priced more than 1 5% higher than PSA nitrogen production equipment of the same specification.
