Description

It can precisely control the infeed length by servo and electromechanical integration control system and other international advanced technology. Main features
1 The main motor is controlled and driven by an independent motor and inverter
2 The cutting blade will automatically stops and gives an alarm if any fault happens;
3 If the paper is not fully cut, the machine will automatically stop and the alarm will show on the touch screen advising how much depth the operator should adjust the blade.
4 The high precision servo system is used in the infeed motor servo system, to ensure the quality of the finished product;
5 The equipment will automatically calculate the quantity of the finished product being cut according to the length of the raw material and the length of the finished product;
6 When data input is incorrect, the equipment will automatically stop and alarm on the touch screen to adjust on the interface;
7 The trimmed paper head and paper end can be automatically sorted;
8 The machine adopts bandsaw blades to cut the bed sheet rolls and maxi rolls, to reduce the use cost of the user;
9 The automatic sharpening knife system is used in the equipment. The operator can adjust the sharpening knife system according the requirement of paper being cut, which increase the cutting life;
10 The sharp steel grinding wheel is used in the sharpening knife system, which increase the sharpening knife efficiency.
