1. Submit order/contract number for reference for Mould processing department and send you progressing report or photos within 2 working days.
2. We will make prototype design and prototype development for custoemr. The prototype developing normally takes 7 working days. The mold design and new idea development will help customer in new product or new project to control cost.
3. We stock test mould running parameter and videos for 1 years. Also can send video disc of mould running and operation according custom require. It will save customer time and be helpful during staff training and production.
4. We offer customer after-sale service and prompt delivery of spare parts. We will protect all the drawings for spare parts for customer use. For standard spare parts, customer can refer to our spare parts list and purchase in your market.
5. We can offer mold-flow ananlysis and complete drawing for mould production and installation including mould assembling, tools dimension, water cooling system,hydraulic system and so on. |
