I. Working principle:
According to the principle of the automatic film processor, the developer and fixing solution are stirred (circulated) and heated to the set value; the film processing rack with the X-ray film is placed in the developing tank of the film processor (constant temperature film processor) Advanced sensor is equipped in the developing tank), automatic timing starts, and the buzzer sounds when the set time (time setting range: 1-6 minutes) is reached, and the worker can lift the film processing rack from the developing tank ( The buzzer stops sounding) Put it into the stop display tank (washing tank), put it directly into the fixing tank for 1-5 seconds, the fixing time is 1-1.5 times the development time, and finally put the film in the washing tank The time for washing the tank is 1-1.5 times the development time.
