A Multifunctional Energy Saving Industrial Hot Air Dryer Machine with Lower Price is a heating and drying device that uses electricity to drive the fan to absorb the heat in the air and drive the compressor to do work. It uses the reverse Carnot cycle principle, that is, the evaporator absorbs the heat in the air in the outside world, and then transfers it to the compressor for compression into high-temperature and high-pressure air, and then transfers the air to the condenser to release heat to dry the material.

Components & Parts' Functions: 

The composition of heat pump dryer: compressor, heat exchanger (internal unit), throttle valve, condenser (external unit) and compressor form a circulation system. It uses the inverse Carnot principle to absorb the heat of the air and transfer it to the room, thereby increasing the temperature of the drying room, and using the corresponding equipment to dry the material.

1. The compressor is the main component of the heat pump dryer. 3. The condenser is a component that outputs heat. The heat absorbed from the evaporator and the heat converted by the compressor are taken away by the cooling medium in the condenser to achieve the purpose of heating.

4. The throttle valve plays the role of throttling and reducing pressure, and adjusts the flow of circulating working medium entering the evaporator.
