Performance and Characteristics
This is an economical and environmental friendly printer for printing cup paper, suitable for both single and double side PE coating paper, use water baisc ink, you can get different cup printing size and quality by changing printing cylinders and anilox rollers, the printing quality can reach your demend.
Flexo Printing Machine WXV-850-4 Model can finish in one time from feeding paper webs, printing , automatic infrared(UV) drying. It can be equipped with ultraviolet light oven drying device.It is an ideal machine for the supermarket labels and single color self-adhesive trademarks.
1. Adopts ceramic mesh roller to convey ink.
2. Magnetic powder brake and clutch control the feeding and rolling or discharging.
3. Each printing unit adopts 360-degree registering adjuster.
4. Drying group with infrared drying device.
5. The inking roller can depart from the machine and rotate at low speed in order to keep the ink from drying when its stops.
6. The main motor adopts stepless governor converter.
