Usage:
automatically finish the process of cutting the noodle to required length.
Advantage:
1, cutting length can be controled with servo motor which is more conveninetsetting and accurate length
2. Cut with a herringbone knife, cut the rear end section neatly, and the crushing rate is low;
3, special cutter and hanging rod mechanical design, no cutting rod;
4. Increase the separation function of the tailings to prevent the end tail material from entering the conveying and packaging process after slitting;
5. It has a clearing rod mechanism to automatically remove the remaining surface of the rod, and at the same time realize the automatic returning of the hanging rod to reduce the manual transportation and prevent secondary pollution caused by human contact;
6, can achieve 500mm to 1500mm noodles, pasta, rice noodle production line cutting requirements.
