The machine can automatically handle the filling of ointments, creams, gels, and other viscous materials, as well as sealing or tail folding and embossing batch numbers (including manufacture dates). It is an ideal solution for aluminum tube filling and sealing in the cosmetics, food, and adhesive industries.
1. The machine features a touch screen and PLC control system, providing simple, intuitive, and convenient operation with complete functionality and stable performance.
2. The transmission components are enclosed beneath the platform for enhanced safety and reliability.
3. Parts in contact with materials are made from 316L stainless steel, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with GMP production standards.
4. The filling and sealing mechanisms are housed in a semi-closed, non-static visual cover above the platform, making them easy to observe, operate, and maintain.
5. The rotary wheel is driven by a CAM, delivering high speed and precision.
6. A photoelectric calibration workstation, equipped with a high-precision probe and stepper motor, ensures accurate positioning of the hose pattern.
7. The filling nozzle features a Japanese-imported sealing ring to prevent leakage during filling.
8. The tail sealing utilizes a Leister hot air gun with an internal heating and external cooling device.
9. The encoding workstation automatically prints codes in the designated positions according to the process requirements.
10. A shaping manipulator can cut the hose tail to either a right angle or a rounded corner based on preference.
11. The machine includes a "no tube, no fill" function, overload protection, and other safety features.
12. It has counting and quantification capabilities to stop operations as needed.
13. (Optional) The machine can be equipped with a stirring storage hopper, a double storage hopper with heating insulation, and a dust cover.
