The linear overflow filling machine is designed for filling liquids that are prone to foaming, as well as those that do not foam. It effectively prevents foam overflow while maintaining a consistent liquid level. This machine can operate independently or be integrated with other equipment. Currently, it is one of the most advanced and efficient defoaming liquid filling machines in China. Combining both domestic and international technologies, it utilizes PLC and electronic fiber optic sensors for control, along with microcomputer-operated functions. It ensures complete filling when bottles are present and halts filling when bottles are absent.

This type of filler is ideal for liquids with low to medium viscosity. It can also handle liquids containing solid particulates up to 1/16″ in size. Overflow fillers are particularly effective for handling highly foamy products at higher speeds.
