Great Wall 7408 semi-fluid gear grease is refined by thickening the base oil with a soap-based thickener and adding various additives such as antioxidant and extreme pressure rust prevention. According to the consistency level, Sinopec 7408 semi-fluid gear grease is divided into three grades: 0, 00 and 000.
Sinopec 7408 semi-fluid gear grease has excellent extreme pressure properties and appropriate adhesion, providing good lubrication guarantee for gears; Sinopec 7408 semi-fluid gear grease has a simple application process, convenient greasing, and reduced workload;Sinopec 7408 semi-fluid gear grease can replace gear oil, reduce oil tank leakage, extend oil change intervals, reduce equipment maintenance workload and consumption of lubricating grease.
Sinopec 7408 semi-fluid gear grease is not suitable for newly installed gears that have not been run-in because they cannot take away the substances produced during the running-in process;
During the storage, transportation and use of Sinopec 7408 semi-fluid gear grease, moisture and impurities should be prevented from being mixed in;Do not mix Sinopec 7408 semi-fluid gear grease with other greases. Physical or chemical reactions may occur between different greases, resulting in a significant decrease in performance;Sinopec 7408 semi-fluid gear grease should be capped promptly after use to avoid the mixing of moisture, dust and other impurities.
