PVB093 brass rolled bearing is made of specially formulated high-density brass alloy with round oil pockets and grooves. This type of rolled bronze bearing also called , brake shoe bronze bearing,bronze wrapped plain bearings.
Material Structure
Material: H58,H62 or H68
Materail chemical composition refer to the standard of DIN17662 ISO 4382-2: 1991; CW453K
The actual composition proportion is allowed to up or down in certain range based on standard
PVB Bronze wrapped bushing use high density bronze strips to roll the spherical oil pockets as material structure.We can make rolled bronze bearing with dimond oil pockets, round oil pockets and smooth suface based on customers requirements.

The application of an adequate force fitting mandrel is advisable. Grease lubrication of the outer surface may be necessary when mounting.
