1, safety: (1) leakage protection: when the boiler leakage,
through the leakage circuit breaker to cut off the power

Water shortage protection: when the boiler water shortage
timely cut off the heating pipe control circuit, to prevent
dry-burning damage to the heating pipe, while the controller

ensuring personal safety. Usually the protection ground wire

usually buried deep in the ground angle iron, steel pipe as a
grounding body, ground resistance should not be greater
than 4 s. (4) Steam overpressure protection: When the boiler
steam pressure exceeds the set upper limit pressure, the
safety valve starts and releases steam to reduce the pressure.
(5) Overcurrent protection: When the boiler is overloaded
(voltage is too high) to work, the leakage circuit breaker
automatically disconnects. (6) Power protection: with the help
of advanced electronic lines to detect the overvoltage,
undervoltage, intermittent equal fault state, reliable power
loss protection.
2, convenience: (1) after the introduction of
the power supply control box, one-click operation, the boiler
will enter (or disengage) fully automatic operation state. (2)
The amount of water in the boiler is reduced, and the control
system automatically replenishes the water from the water
tank to the boiler through the supplementary water pump.
3,reasonableness: for the rational and effective use of electrical
energy, especially the heating power is divided into several
segments, and by the controller automatic cycle input (cut
off) user according to the actual needs to determine the
heating power, just close the corresponding leakage circuit
breaker (or press the corresponding cut switch) can be. The
segmented cycle of the heating tube is cut, which reduces
the impact of the boiler on the power grid during operation.
4, reliability: (1) boiler body using arc welding bottom,
manual welding cover surface, after the strict inspection of
X-ray detection. (2) Boiler using steel, strictly in accordance
with the manufacturing standards. (3) Boiler use accessories,
are selected domestic and foreign high-quality products, and
test furnace inspection, to ensure the long-term normal
operation of the boiler.
