Structure
Double lips(a main lip, a vice lip), one spring.The steel skeleton is fully wrapped in rubber, rotary seal, used in low pressure, one side with sealing medium and the other side with light dust. Highest pressure 0.03mpa(0.3kgf/cm2).
The Importance of TC Type Oil Seals in the Mechanical Field
1. In automobile engines, TC-type oil seals are used to seal critical parts such as crankshafts, camshafts and valves.
Crankshaft seals stop oil leakage, allowing the lubrication system to function properly, preventing oil from escaping into other parts and maintaining engine stability.
