1. High speed feeding system
Patented high-frequency vibrator and antioxidant anode treatment chute greatly increased productionby 20% ~ 30%compared with other competitors.
2. Intelligent magnetic control high frequency solenoid valve
Independently developed intelligent magnetic control high frequency solenoid valve for color sorter. Immediately responsespeed for valves openinginsure sorting accuracy; quickly responsespeed for valves closing reduces the carryout ratio. Flexible contact of the valve plate makes service life of the valves extend to 60~100 million times, 10~30 billion times more compared with other competitors.
3. 360 degree cyclone suction
Intelligent 360-degree cyclone three-dimensional suction system can remove dust and light objects on glasses in front of the lens, reduce the frequency of wiping andextend the wiping interval to greatly improve the working efficiency of the color sorter.
