Core Mechanism
1. Refrigeration Cycle System
- Utilizes a compressor to circulate refrigerant (e.g., R134a) through a closed loop, absorbing heat from the mixture inside the tank. The evaporator coil rapidly cools the liquid to a semi-frozen state, achieving temperatures as low as -15°C .
2. Mixing & Agitation
- Equipped with a rotating blade or auger system driven by an electric motor (typically 200-500W). This component continuously stirs the liquid (e.g., juice, milk, or syrup) to prevent ice crystal formation, creating a uniform slush texture .
3. Temperature Control
- An electronic thermostat monitors and adjusts the cooling intensity based on pre-set parameters, ensuring optimal consistency without over-freezing .
4. Material Interaction
- Liquid ingredients are poured into a stainless-steel or polycarbonate tank. During operation, the combined action of chilling and mechanical shearing breaks down the mixture into fine ice particles, resulting in a snow-like texture .

Note:Sugar is essential when you use the drink machine and do not just use water during the procedure. The sugar content should not be less than 13% with sucrose and less than 22% with maltose. Meanwhile, after receiving the machine, you'd better use it 24 hours later.
