Product structure of organic fertilizer single-shaft mixer:
Single-shaft mixer is mainly composed of mixing shaft, mixing page, mixing chamber, motor and reducer.
1. Frame part: all working parts of the machine are installed and fixed on the frame. The frame of the machine is welded with high carbon steel plate and channel steel, and has passed strict product certification and specific process requirements, which has reached the purpose of the machine.
2. Transmission connection part: This machine uses cycloidal pinwheel reducer to drive the main shaft to rotate and work. The main machine uses nylon pin as the driving connector phase tooth and transmission drive, which is convenient for assembly and maintenance.
3. Mixing part: transmitted to the main shaft by the driving wheel through the pin coupling. Turn the materials evenly in the mixing chamber, so that the materials can be fully mixed, thus greatly reducing the residual amount of materials.
