Product Description

European type cranes have such design concepts as small dimension, light dead weight. Compared with traditional cranes, the limiting distance is minimum from hook to wall, and headroom is the lowest, which makes cranes work more close to the front, and lifting height more higher that increases effective working space of workplace.

New workshops can be designed more smaller and have more functions because the dead weight is light, and the wheel pressure is small. Smaller size workplace means saving a huge amount of money from initial construction investment, long-term heating, air conditioning and other maintenance free.

Mechanical parts

Steel plate material Q235 or Q345B ( similar with foreign steel plate Fe3 or Fe52).

Main wels joint adopts union melt welding, nondestructive inspection.

After welding, main girder is through shot blasting treatment, gets Sa2.5 class, and eliminate welding stress.

Main girder and end girder adopts bolted connection to ensure strength and accuracy of the whole set.

The trolley and crane adopt three-trinity driving mechanism, frequency stepless speed regulating, hard-tooth surface, disc brake.

Crane driving IP55, F class insulation, contact continuity reaches 40% ED.

Epoxy zin-rich paint, a long service life, beautiful outlook and lustre.

Safe slide wire provides power whose conductivity is high and voltage drop is small, and current collector slide speed is swift.

Packaging & Shipping

1. Electric parts are packed by high quality plywood crate, to reduce distortion in conveying.
2. Main beams, end beams and trolly/winch are packed by plastic woven cloth. It can reduce abrasion during the transportation.
3. If the size are suitable for container ship, usually by container.
4. Big size, usually by bulk ship or by container after truncation.
5. Transport ways are based on reducing cost & keep safety.

FAQ

1. What certificates can your factory provide?

We have CE and ISO certificates. If you need special certificates such as special CO(certificate of origin), please let me know in advance. We need to verify the manufacturing cost of the certificates.

2. What kind of documents will be delivered together with the crane?

In general,there will be instruction manual,product certificate,technical specifications table,factory inspection report,and crane general drawing,etc.

3. How to ensure that the purchased crane can reach my factory safely and put into production smoothly?

1) The most important thing for a company's long-term development is its reputation.

2) We have perfect production process control system, storage system, packaging system, QC system and pre shipment inspection system;
