Product Description

Gantry cranes are all types of cranes which lift objects by an open winch which is fitted in a trolley and can move horizontally on a rail. Gantry cranes are an excellent alternative to permanent indoor overhead cranes, which minimal investment in a new building. In addition, they can be disassembled and moved to a new location easily.

Double Girder Gantry Cranes are with heavy loads up to 700t and spans can be over 50 meters. For fabrication and freight-transfer applications, it can move loads rapidly and smoothly.

Double girder gantry cranes are suitable for large span, frequently loading and unloading railroad freight yard, the port, open storage, container depots etc. applicable to long, large, bulky cargo and container handling operations.

Festoon cables are suspended on cable saddles, fixed to cable trolleys, running in a galvanised C-track, which is connected to the main girder with bolted or welded support brackets.

1: Check the brake, hook and wire rope according to the requirements, and eliminate the abnormal phenomena first.

2: The operator must confirm that no one is on the walking platform or track before closing the power supply. When the power protector is locked or there is a notice board, the power supply can only be connected after the original relevant personnel remove it.
