The composition of electric hoist

1. the electric hoist of the motor axis perpendicular to the reel axis adopts the worm gear transmission device, the width size is large, the structure is bulky, the mechanical efficiency is low, and the processing is difficult. At present, no manufacturer has produced the product of this kind of structure.
2.the electric hoist with the axis of the motor parallel to the axis of the reel has the advantages of small height and small length. Its disadvantage is wide size, grouping, manufacturing and assembly complex. The turning radius of the track is large.
3.the electric hoist installed in the drum has the advantages of small size and compact structure. The main disadvantage is that the motor is poor in heat dissipation and poor in grouping. It is inconvenient to check, install and maintain the motor, and the power supply device is complex.
4.the electric hoist installed on the outside of the drum has the advantages of good grouping, high generalization degree, easy lifting height and convenient installation and maintenance. Its disadvantages are its large size and length.
