Telescopic Container Spreader
The container spreader refers to a special spreader for loading and unloading containers. It is connected with the top corner fittings of the container through the twist locks at the four corners of the end beam. The driver controls the opening and closing of the twist locks to carry out container loading and unloading operations.

The telescopic spreader drives the telescopic chain or cylinder through hydraulic transmission, so that the spreader can automatically expand and contract to change the length of the spreader, so as to adapt to the loading and unloading of containers of different specifications. Although the telescopic spreader has a large weight, it is easy to adjust the length, flexible operation, strong versatility, and high production efficiency. The electro-hydraulic telescopic spreader is a new type of telescopic container spreader, which can lift various containers such as ISO20'40'45'. The electric translation mechanism can be installed according to the user's needs, which can realize the translation operation in the direction of the cart and enhance the operability of the spreader.

Telescopic spreaders are suitable for professional container terminals, storage yards and other occasions where various types of containers are often hoisted. Therefore, telescopic spreaders are currently the most widely used spreaders in large-scale port container terminals. This type of spreader has a complicated structure and a relatively large weight, about 8-10t; maintenance is also more complicated, and generally requires professionals to perform maintenance, and the maintenance cycle is also very long.
