Operating rules of Portable Gantry Crane
1. Load test lifting shall be carried out after the gantry frame operation (assembly) is completed;The test crane is divided into static load and dynamic load to check the operating capacity, bearing capacity, stability and reliability of each system.
2. When the gantry is running, it should be parallel and stable without distorting it.
3. Overload use is strictly prohibited.
4. The operation shall be under the unified command of specially-assigned personnel, and the other personnel shall have a clear division of labor;Determine a uniform contact signal.
5. In case of power failure or other special circumstances during the operation, the heavy objects should be dropped to the ground instead of being suspended in the air.
6. It is strictly prohibited to stand under the gantry and the heavy objects lifted.
7. It is forbidden to stand on the gantry when it is running.
