The YJ-1A-16D dispensing system is not only precisely controls the dispensing of ingredients to provide excellent finished paint product repeatability from batch to batch, but also serve as a complete color management system.
 
The YJ-2A-03 Automatic clamping mixer is one of the most advanced gyroscopic mixers on the market. With an intelligent control system manages speed and time according to configurable parameters, its main function is to mix in the most effective and proper way for a wide selection of products, coming in various types of can materials and sizes.

Software Compability

  • Customer can provide us formula table in Excel format, we help to import the formula data into our tinting system.
  • Our software use the same Flink.dat file as CPS/Hero/Lenteq/ Innovatint and Formula.txt file as LARGOTINT, TECMEC , it’s compatible with worldwide major color software.

Automatic tinting machine YJ-1A-16D

  • Clean nozzle automatically and manually to prevent nozzles blocking.
  • Reduces colorant build-up by automatic programmable stirring of colorants 
  • Simple electrical system for easy maintainance.
  • The rolling brush will clean seal ring of nozzle automatically.
  • Adjustable dispensing speed for each colorant.

Automatic gyro mixer YJ-2A-03:

      

  • The LCD can display in Chinese and English. It can show each phase of the mixing process clearly.
  • Extractable lower clamping plate , load and unload can conveniently.
  • Automatic repositioning of the clamping plates, eliminates unnecessary operations
  • There are wheels and feet at bottom of the mixer machine, convenient to move the mixer.
  • Mixing speed can vary in function of weight and can shape

Software Function Introduction

 
Tint Manager is a user Software Package developed for our range of Automatic Paint Dispenesr machines. The package will assist the user in carrying out the following operations:

  • Formula Query:search formula via Standard Formula ,My Formula,History Formula

  • Formula Management :add/Edit/Delete formula for “My Formula”

  • Colorant management: manage all the datas of colorant.
  • Debug: test each function of the machine manually;
  • Pump calibration: calibrate the pulse data of each canister pump;

  • Setup:set label print content,machine Setup data,software language and password
