Introduction
Silica Matting Agent for ink in Quanxu Silicon Dioxide HF-630L is always your best choice if you are looking for auxiliary agent to promote matting effect . Silicas for matting there are two here are two groups which differ in terms of their production process. One is by using the silica-gel process products can be obtained which have a harder morphology.
the other is he hydro-thermal process, which produces silicas with a relatively soft morphology. Both processes can produce standard silica and after treated products. After treatment means that the silica surface can be partially modified with organic (waxes) or inorganic materials.

1.High transparency:Strictly control particle size distribution of product, and give better transparency for leather coating.
2.Excellent dispersibility Easy to add:The delustrant can easily disperse in both polar solvent and aqueous solution. A delustering effect may reached by just using normal dispersion machine to disperse in high speed for 10 minutes.
3.High delustering efficiency:Additive amount of delustrant is generally between 3%to 10%, and the typical additive amount is 5%.
4.Stable chemical property :As the delustrant is with high purity and low impurity, its chemical property is very stable.
